Returning with DHL
Use this guide only if MapMyGene has supplied DHL return documents for your kit.
Check which return method applies to you
Not every kit is returned the same way. Use this guide only when DHL return documents were supplied with your order. If they were not, follow the return method named in your kit instructions instead.
Prepare the documents
Attach the supplied return documents to the outside of the package exactly as described. Do not alter the address details printed on them.
Book or drop off, then keep the receipt
Arrange collection or hand the package in at a service point, then keep the tracking number. Quote it along with your kit reference if you need to ask about the return.
