Check the courier record first
The tracking number from your return is the fastest way to see where a package is. Delivery to the laboratory and registration of your sample can appear at different times.
Have your references ready
If you need to ask, have your order reference, your kit reference and the return tracking number together. All three help match a package to your order.
If tracking shows no movement
Ask for help rather than sending a second sample. Collecting again without instructions can leave two samples against one order.
